Quiet Hours

Lights off and volume down by 12:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for all guests.

Sustainability

Clean as you go. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by disposing of trash in designated bins and cleaning up after using common areas.

Conserve water and electricity. Turn off lights and faucets, and unplug devices and appliances when not in use.

Food and Beverage

No corkage fee for food and beverages brought in. Only ready-to-eat food is allowed. Cooking and bringing in cooking appliances are prohibited. The kitchen and its equipment are for staff and long-term guests only.

Pets

Pets are allowed in common areas and rooms, except dorm rooms. Pet owners are responsible for their pets and any incidents caused by them.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas. The designated smoking area is near the parking space.

Property Damage

Report any damage or loss of hostel property to management immediately.

Security of Personal Belongings

Do not leave belongings unattended. The hostel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property.

Compliance

We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guest who disregards our guidelines and policies.

RESERVATIONS

 

Advance Bookings: Full prepayment of the total amount is required to secure a reservation.

Walk-ins: Accepted based on accommodation availability at the time of arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

More than 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the prepayment.
Within 14 days before check-in: No refunds will be issued.
Promotional Rates: Non-refundable.

RE-BOOKINGS

More than 14 days before check-in:  Free of charge.
Within 14 days before check-in: Charged at 50% of the first night’s rate.
New Dates: Must be within 3 months of the original check-in date.
Promotional Rates:  Not eligible.

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Reception Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Please do not expect the Front Desk to be manned beyond these hours.

Check-in: Regular check-in starts at 2:00 PM.

Early Check-in: May be allowed from 10:00 AM, subject to room availability.
Late Check-in: Possible past reception hours for confirmed reservations, provided we are informed in advance.

Check-out: Regular check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Late Check-out: May be allowed up to 2:00 PM, subject to room availability.

Security Deposit: A cash security deposit of Php 200 per person is required upon check-in to cover any incidentals during your stay. This will be refunded upon return of room/locker keys.
